What does a Property Management do for their fees?
All Property Management Companies have different “Fees” and “Standard Services”. Rather than promising you the lowest fees and charging you for many other Property Management Services a-la-carte, we have one flat “All Inclusive” monthly fee. This fee covers all our services, including; court appearances, tenant issues, resolution strategies, supervised repairs, postings of three day notices, periodic maintenance inspections, advertising on the MLS, and consultations.
We are a Property “Performance” Management Company. We are much more than just a Property Management Company. We also share our “Screening” and Approval Process with you. We don’t simply approve the first applicant and allow them to move in your home, or simply focus on filling your vacancy in the shortest amount of time regardless of tenant qualifications. We focus on finding the tenant who will pay rent on-time, take good care of your property, be a good neighbor, and abide by the terms of the contract. Together we can secure a quality, long-term tenant. Tenant turn-over is very expensive, and a good quality tenant is “worth their weight in gold”.
